This section is about your student body and their efforts in the reduction of energy consumption. We will split their efforts into three sections:
Student Organizations
A student sustainability group or organization whose goals include the reduction of energy consumption.
- Each organization counts for three credits with a possibility of nine credits overall.
For this section, you must submit:
- Name of student organization
- Name of organization leaders (ex. president(s), executive board members, etc.)
- A publicly viewable and accessible link that holds a charter or organizing document which states that the purpose of the organization includes low energy design.
Student Activities
- A measurable amount of work by students at the institution’s school/department that results in a reduction of energy consumption.
* Only students other than those in the student organization(s) described can be used for this section
- Each activity counts for three credits with a possibility of nine credits overall.
For this section, you must submit:
- Name of student
- Name of activity
- 100-word abstract describing the activity with names, locations, time periods, and benefits
- A publicly viewable and accessible link that holds sample evidence of this activity and its benefits.
Student Awards
Students who have received awards or other recognition for their work in reduction of energy consumption in the present or future sense.
- Each award counts for three credits with a possibility of nine credits overall.
For this section, you must submit:
- Name of student
- Name of award
- 100-word abstract describing the accomplishment
- A publicly viewable and accessible link that holds the award announcement.
